Tyler Woods works with clients one-on-one in person or via Skype to help them through difficult times by using holistic approaches to mental health.

She does so much more than just manage peoples symptoms. Tyler uses an approach that emphasizes the interrelationship between mind, body, and spirit and can be any form of practice that is outside the realm of conventional western medicine. Tyler, who is a board certified holistic health practitioner, can facilitate clients towards optimum health and wellness and achieve balance over chaos by talking with them one on one and setting up sessions that work for clients that help them discover tools they need to help them acquire balance and a healthy outlook.
